How do I schedule an appointment?
Reach out by emailing or calling (info founf on the contact page) and I will respond as soon as I can-typically within 24 hours- to plan a consult call and then look at a first session date and time if we feel like we are a good fit together.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I'm in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Wisconsin. I also accept private pay if you are out of network with these insurances; I'd be happy to discuss further if you have specific questions.
How long will we work together?
Everyone’s journey is different-some feel better in a few months, others take more time and that's totally ok! My goal is to help you feel relief and see real change as soon as possible by providing you your own healing safe space and by giving you tools you can start using right away.
What can I expect at my first session?
Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll gently ask about what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming, what you’re hoping for, and where you'd like to feel more at ease in your life. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out-just a place to start feeling heard, understood, and supported without any judgment.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, all my sessions are conducted via telehealth. It’s convenient, secure, and allows us to connect wherever you feel most comfortable. This means you can join from wherever works best for you: your car, your kitchen, even while the baby naps. I know how full life can feel, and this makes it easier to fit support into your day without added stress.
What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting therapy?
If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, you’re not alone. It’s completely normal to feel that way, especially if this is your first time. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly what to say—I’ll guide you through it. This is a space where you can just be yourself, and we’ll take it one step at a time together.
Reaching out for support is a big step, and I’ll be with you every step of the way!
